Dear Nancy,
As you know, your Registry has provided me during my recent illness over several months nursing services with RN’s, most of the time on a 24/7 basis. As I recall over that period of time, I believe I had utilization of as many of 7 of your staff. As I expressed to you over the telephone about a month ago, I was very satisfied by the quality of the nursing care, as well as the personal kindness of all the nurses. I am appreciative to my attending physician for having recommended you and your service.

To our friends at A Nurses Registry,
We would like to take a moment to thank you for the care in which our father received by your fantastic staff members. We were so relieved that help was just a phone call away, and amazed at how quickly we had a staff member on site and involved. At that time our father was in a bad way, and his future was somewhat questionable to be sure. We firmly believe that had if not have been for your people, there is a good possibility he may not be with us today.
All of your staff was so helpful with useful information on how to get positive results from the hospital, physicians, and the insurance company. We were able to take care of some of our own personal health issues during the day, visit our father a few times a day, and get a good night's sleep knowing that our father was in the best of hands with your around the clock care. Even while in the ICU your staff was there to give hime care he would never have had gotten if it were left to the hospital staff alone.
We also had your staff with him here at home. In conjunction with an occasional visit from a rehab professional, during the day Clare did an extraordinary job contributing to his physical rehabilitation, exercising right alongside of him every day. We could literally see him improving and getting much stronger as each day passed. He's in beter shape now than before he went into the hospital!
In closing, there are some things you just can't put a price on, and your services are ceratainly one of them!....... Thank you all for you kindness, and most of all, your amazing abilitly to do what you do every single day.......24 hours, seven days, 365 days a year!

David is Wonderful- very professional but fun and a natural-soft voice-which I like.
Sue was all of the above and it was a difficult patient-I think Mr. Tower needs a male attendant driving the day. Sue handled it very well.
Veronica fills the job and is gregarious and humorous at the right time. We all laugh alot, but then very professional while servicing the patient. Veronica and Mr. Tower could tease each other- lots of laughter between them. Very good.
Gus is fantastic-he fit in everywhere-Mr. Tower had a MAN to talk to -conversation flowed between them, but still thorough and professional-Wonderful!
Shirley was very very outstanding in everywary-soft spoken, went about everything quietly- a true joy to have in our home-VERY superior in all ways. We love her-yes, she is a keeper.
Jorge is a "KEEPER"!!! A wonderful person that I praise to others.
Veronica is happy, jovial, very friendly and caring-Very satisfied with 2 nights.

Myriam has a great ability to be sensitive to the needs of dimentia patients. As dimentia/Alzheimer's patients are infinitely ssensitive to their envronment. She knows just how to make them comfortable.
I honsetsly don't remember the last two girls. I have had no problems with anyone so they must have been good. Ruby and Djanni are superior and would hate to lose them.

Hi Kathy,
I just wanted to thank you for all your support during these trying times. The staff definitely played a big role in getting mom back on her feet and in taking good care of dad at the same time. It's been a tough road and thanks to great care and mom's strong will, all is going in a good direction.
I also wanted to take a moment and let you know how special L is. I feel she is one of the most compassionate and diligent of all the caregivers. She has a lovely, caring demeanor and anyone who gets her as a caregiver has hit the jackpot.
As I learned, we never know what the future holds and we may need some of the ladies again, so it's good to know there are people like L and the others who may play a role.

One of the hardest challenges we face is not so much the actual death of a loved one but rather the challenge within ourselves as we begin a realization process; the day we realize they are neither physically nor mentally strong, and we become aware of their vulnerability to mishaps, predators, and progressive decline.
It is with this in mind that my family is so thankful to have discovered JC. JC seems to have an innate understanding of the elderly and her ability to care for and relate to our Aunt M was incredible.
Aunt M thought JC was wonderful and so did we. JC provided exceptional home health care and improved her quality of life and, in the process, became a friend to Aunt M. JC kept the family informed providing exceptional peace of mind and, in the process, became a friend to us.
Having JC take care of Aunt M was one of the best decisions we ever made because, in the end, JC also took care of the family.

I recommend "A Nurses' Registry" for conscientious nursing care. We have used them for over 5 years with outstanding service. A nurse supervisor is assigned to each case and she oversees all aspects of care: medication ordering and control, any health issues that arise and supervising of working staff.
We have encountered professional service from each of their staff members. The have all been prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.
I feel that I could call them any time of the day or night and someone would respond immediately to my concerns. I have called when I had a concern about medication side effects, a fever, or just when the patient was "not acting" normal. Someone from the agency is always there to respond.
Not only do they provide excellent nursing care, but they show that little extra something, going out of their way to be accommodating and caring. That matters so much when you are worrying about the care of your loved one!

It has been a long journey for my mother and thankfully, she had a peaceful death. As I said to Kathy- we are very thankful for our "ANR" team- Adrianne, Cynthia, Regina and Elda- very fine CNA's who made my mother's life tolerable. Also, I am always happy to give ANR any endorsement you need for prospective patients. You saved my life in December 2010 when I called you on the recommendation of Cathy Curry- I never could have gotten through that first very sad Xmas without your help. Dad seems to be fine for now- but time will tell and I will be in touch if I need your help!!!! and I promise not at the last minute.
